We know breathing exercise is very important for everyone.
Why
We are breathing continuously but unconsciously so it is not always accurate as it should be that’s why we became tired within short period of time and work.
Because when we breath improperly the oxygen level of our body became decrees we feel fatigue, week and other discomfort of our body and mind. Oxygen is still free in the natural air so, why we don’t take it for our health benefit.
Now the question is how to take breath properly?
Very simple:
Please seat in a chair or floor spinal cord should be strait. Now inhale deeply through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth for five minutes, five times a day. Don’t inhale through your mouth.
Don’t practice it in dusty or Smokey place. Try to take natural clean air. It can be your room or garden and office room where you feel comfortable.
Caution
Do not practice it just after taking meal. After 3 hours of lunch and dinner you can practice it. Just you have to aware that it should not practice with full stomach.
And when you are seek or medically unfit. Please consult your physician before practice it.
