Eye is the most important part of our physical body. Unfortunately we forget to take care of it until we feel discomfort to see something.
Now a days we worked in a computer and use Smartphone.
Have you observed that when we work or brows something, play game in Smartphone we look constantly to the monitor screen.
In that case our eyes are becoming tired and dry.
We can easily find this, just after finish your computer work go to a mirror see your eye. You will find that your eye’s are reddish than normal.
This happens also watching Television, Watching a Movie in the Hall even when we read a news paper or Novel.
It also happen when we work with deep concentration. For any work.
So, What to do?
Very simple, First be aware of it when you are working with computer or watching a television.
If you are sit in a chair in front of a table After every 10 Minute’s Do a simple practice:
Sit strait in a chair Close your eyes raise your both hand and now through your palm just smoothly block your eyes and feel relax imagine a calm and quiet place for one minute’s then start work again.
Simply close your eyes for 10 to 30 second then you start work again.
In this way the eyes remain relax and fresh.
Make it a habit. Within a week you will feel the benefit of this simple practice.
