Be relax and seat any posture, Whatever the posture alert that your spinal cord are strait.
Then Move your eyes state for 5 seconds then move your eyes to upper side for 5 seconds then move your eyes right side and stay 5 seconds, again move down your eyes for 5 seconds, move your eyes left side for 5 Seconds again strait. In this clock ways do it for five times then start anti clock wise for five times.
This exercise will strong your eye mussel increase blood circulation.
You will feel better and better by practicing every day and your eye power will be remain strong. And also improve your eyes.
Caution: If you are suffering any eye problem then first consult your doctor before practice it.
