Every Night before sleep try to practice one thing. That is:
First close your eyes and splash with natural (Room Temperature) cold water 20 times repeatedly then light warm water 20 times repeatedly. Then go to sleep.
After wakeup in the morning Splash with light warm water 20 times repeatedly then with natural (Room Temperature) cold water 20 times repeatedly.
After few weeks you will feel the benefit.
Caution: If you are suffering any eye problem then first consult your doctor before practicing it.
